Both instructors have their Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction and have over 20 years of experience.
We are NOT a gym and we do NOT just run group reformer classes.
The average age of our clients are in their 40's, 50's, 60's and 70's.
Our instructors do NOT look like barbie dolls and we don't expect our clients to either.
We have a 50 / 50 female / male clientele.
We teach real Pilates to real people and our aim is to have you moving more freely and without pain.
